Join our Shenzhen R&D Hub as an AI Engineering Intern and work alongside experienced engineers and researchers to explore how AI can transform product development, testing, simulation, and engineering productivity. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience building practical AI solutions in a global innovation environment.

Duration: 2 to 3 Months (Full-Time)

Engineering Productivity
- AI-assisted software and firmware development
- Test automation and debugging optimization

Data Analytics & Simulation
- Product testing data analysis and visualization
- Predictive modeling for product performance and reliability
- Data-driven engineering insights
Design & Documentation
- AI-powered requirements and technical documentation generation
- Knowledge search and summarization tools
- Engineering content management and automation
Knowledge Management
- Development of AI chatbots and copilots for engineering teams
- Knowledge base organization, retrieval, and search optimization
- Internal productivity and collaboration tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and explore AI-driven solutions to improve engineering processes and workflows
- Analyze engineering and testing data to uncover insights and automation opportunities
- Design and develop prototypes, scripts, dashboards, copilots, or proof-of-concept solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand challenges and identify AI applications
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases
- Document findings, share learnings, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams
Who We’re Looking For”
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Artificial Intelligence
- Machine Learning
- Data Science
- Statistics
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Embedded Systems
- Or a related technical discipline
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interest in applying AI technologies to real-world engineering problems
- Hands-on programming experience in Python, C/C++, or similar languages
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data analytics, automation, or large language models (LLMs) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
