Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Media & e-Commerce, you are activating iqos.com sales strategies and managing our operations with the highest quality & efficiency.
You will activate iqos.com & future Smoke Free Category websites’ commercial strategy while being fully accountable for our day-to-day operations. To deliver on this, you will be constantly looking at ways to improve our e-commerce experiences, offers, checkout, payment methods, order & payment fulfillments, and system operations. In close partnership with internal and external stakeholders, you will constantly scout new commercial opportunities & ways to improve our operations’ efficiencies.
You will work closely with omnichannel strategy teams to activate acquisition/retention programs and sales promotions’ drives, in a consistent and coherent calendar, leading to fast growth of sales year-on-year.
Additionally, you will constantly interface with Operations Customer Service (Supply Chain) to ensure stock availability for all product lines including limited editions.
Finally, you are responsible for maintaining monthly forecasts, finance related reporting and controls, ensuring the highest accuracy in the reported numbers.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- As digital commerce activation specialist, you are accountable for implementing our 360 e-commerce plans and deployment.
- You implement seamless & personalized shopper experiences on iqos.com.
- You have proven expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- You are detailed oriented and analyzing data is your stronghold. You will generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Working with UX Design, and other stakeholders including Consumer Experience and Marketing teams, you will strive to bring more excitement and distinctive UI. You are designing seamless digital journeys to route consumers to the best shopper moment and maximize their conversion to buy on iqos.com.
- Before any new product launch, promotional or limited editions campaigns, you are responsible for testing website functionality and ensuring the smoothest user interface and experience.
- Conversion rate to checkout is your main KPI in shopper experience which you are growing year by year. Therefore, you are constantly looking for ways to drive seamless ad-to-cart & checkout processes, for example, through improvements to payment methods.
- You are an innovator with a commercial appetite. You maintain a yearly calendar of unique .com offers & surprises to create excitement, anticipation & sense of urgency which are driving-up traffic to iqos.com and sales.
- Consumer centric at the core, you will monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- You are accountable for the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of fraud prevention and transaction risk controls.
- You oversee the management & resolution of order/payment‑related incidents, including failed or delayed transactions, refunds, reversals, and reconciliation discrepancies, in close collaboration with Finance, IT, and external service providers.
- You will execute controlled price change processes, including proper documentation, approvals, system validation, and effective-date management, in line with SOX and Finance policies.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing digital commerce and overall web operations & experiences on owned & third-party e-Commerce platform.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, payment gateways, order management systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong experience in analyzing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behaviors to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance commercial agility and control discipline in a fast‑paced digital environment. Experience working within structured internal control environments, including exposure to SOX‑relevant processes impacting pricing, revenue, or digital sales.
- Advanced experience in managing payment ecosystems, fraud risk management, and transaction monitoring within e‑commerce platforms.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Magento, 3rd party commerce is a plus.
- Proficient in Korean & English (verbal and written) a must.
- Positive mindset with ‘Can do’ spirit.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative and able to communicate comfortably with local/global stakeholders.
