  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business pain points, align priorities, and validate requirements.
  • Conduct hands-on analysis of datasets to investigate business situations, identify root causes, validate hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Support both ad hoc analytical requests and structured recurring solutions, including dashboards, automated reports, data products, and management reporting.
  • Design and support the development of data products and analytics solutions that improve business decision-making.
  • Build or support business-facing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Support end-to-end data readiness by helping ensure data is accurate, consistent, updated, and usable for analysis and business decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Governance Leads, and business partners.

Attitude & Values

  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect data, insights, and practical recommendations.
  • High attention to detail in requirements documentation, data validation, reporting, and solution testing.
  • Collaborative approach to working across business, data, digital, and technology teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to streamline, standardize, and automate recurring analytics and reporting processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or analytical topics in business language.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across business, data, digital, and technology functions.
  • Comfort working on both ad hoc business requests and structured, scalable analytics and data product solutions.
