YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

P&C Operations

  • Overall P&C related projects support & management
  • Manage Employee Exit Process Management & Retirement Pension Administration
  • Collaborate with P&C managers to support governance processes for employee movements, recognition, and awards.
  • Manage P&C policies and guidelines, ensuring system validation and maintenance.
  • Keep up to date knowledge of P&C developments and market trends including all Local labor law, policy and union issues.
  • Assist with the merit and CBA negotiation cycles.
  • Provide P&C Analytics and Reporting

 

P&C Operations Product Deployment

  • Assist the Relationship Manager in planning and deploying P&C Operations within the market. Attend stage gates to represent market needs, monitor product adoption, and ensure service execution meets defined outcomes and standards. Address any identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, the Service Delivery Team, and P&C to implement product changes in the market.

 

Change Management

  • Act as the Change Lead for new or modified P&C Products. Support in monitoring product adoption, defining interventions for optimal success, and overseeing P&C delivery on major functional projects, such as business transformations or market reorganizations.

 

Consumer Centric Service Delivery & Product Feedback

  • Understand consumer demands & embed these in product delivery to ensure optimal consumer experience. 
  • Monitor industry trends within the P&C market to identify new opportunities. Use data to identify trends and issues and analyze these to enhance service delivery.

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering or Finance
  • Overall 7-10 years of comprehensive HR experience within a large multinational organization, with at least 2-3 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
  • Solid experience in Stakeholder engagement, Service orientation, & with knowledge of HR Operations delivery understanding business context
  • An in-depth understanding of local labor environment and laws, with effective business communication in English (both written / verbal).
  • Competent user of MS office and SAP program
  • Skills in strong collaboration & interaction, communication
