TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

  • Deliver P&C products and services, as a strategic business partner for Commercial functions (Responsible for Field Commercial organization)
  • Ensure sustainability of changes in the business and organization with the right capabilities, while maintaining an engaged and diverse commercial organization by supporting & advising business leaders to make the right decision based on the principles and facts

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work with Manager P&C Commercial to define and implement P&C strategies that support the achievement of overall business objectives and deploy key P&C products & services to meet local requirements and business needs
  • Support Manager P&C Commercial to ensure ongoing health of the Commercial functions by sustaining a pipeline of talent and engaging them by deploying P&C initiatives and infrastructure - workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and talent development
  • Ensure appropriate implementation of total reward initiatives meeting business needs in order to provide the framework needed to attract, retain and motivate employees
  • Coach and advise people managers on their leadership and managerial effectiveness and promote desirable behaviors in the workplace
  • Support negotiation meetings with the Union to represent commercial perspectives while maintaining effective employee relations and constructive two-way communications with a special focus on the Field Commercial organization
  • Keep up to date knowledge of P&C developments and market trends including all Local labor law, policy and union issues
  • Monitor external trends and internal developments, coordinate with other relevant P&C COE for the design or delivery of specific initiatives and solutions

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR processes and solutions, especially in talent management, development and change management, leadership development, employee engagement
  • Skills in strong collaboration & interaction, communication, coaching/mentoring
  • Ability to connect the dots while understanding the big picture; ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, ability to draw insights from data
  • Proficient level of verbal and written communications in English
