ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage the development and oversight of segmented strategies for Consumer Journey, and execute the agreed CRM strategy to achieve customer acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Owning multiple CRM flows to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of each CRM to achieve the objective while working hand in hand with relevant stakeholders during the developemnet , deployment and reporting stage, this can cover all offline and online channels stakeholders and not limited to marketing also.
  • Prepare, analyze and establish rigorous monitoring and evaluation of CRM campaigns and activities in order to measure the performance, prioritize resources, and enable continuous improvement in consumer acquisition and retention initiatives. This should be shared with the manager of consumer strategy & design (including relevant stakeholders) and agree on the next best action to be taken.
  • Consumer Journey Mapping analyzing opportunities, gaps, strengths and weaknesses of each stage of the Consumer Journey including developing a quarterly report on status of CJ. Managing the NPS system to deliver some of these insights.
  • Ability to work with limited direction, often within a complex and ambiguous environment
  • Manage specific automated CRM flow to ensure effectiveness and efficiency to achieve the objective while managing ad-hoc outbound messages from the entire organization

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree from university or above
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing with minor in Information Systems Management, Technology Management or related field. AI or Big Data expertise as a plus.
  • 7-15 years’ experience
  • Experience in Consumer Strategy Planning (or CRM) within a fast-paced and highly competitive market environment.
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong attention to details
