YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Paid Media & Social
Together with your team, you develop digital marketing & format strategies by identifying emerging platforms, creative and content delivery trends, and innovative digital acquisition/ retention/ customer care programs that will continue to transform SFP business.
- Manage a paid & social media channels to maximize reach of legal age consumers and grow IQOS brand equity index year-on-year.
- Lead media strategies and build-up opportunities for digital paid media & social media (IG, Youtube, Kakao, Naver) execution based on strong understanding of digital touch points (Media, Channels).
- Define locally and contextually relevant digital marketing communications to establish a seasonal calendar of digital engagement.
- Accountable for budget allocation, monitoring and reporting for assigned campaigns ownership.
- Collaborate with digital channel leads and marketing team on content, campaigns, landing page and retargeting strategies to ensure brand consistency.
- Drive discoverability and user acquisition in the digital space via innovative digital acquisition programs and improvement of marketing performance, ultimately driving traffic and conversion on IQOS digital & social platforms.
- Establish strong relationship with Media Agency, set objectives by campaigns and review performance vs. KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency with the Media Agency.
- Analyze performance metrics and report on campaign and media performance.
- Set meaningful KPIs followed by performance monitoring and optimizing marketing communications and platform functionalities for enhanced consumer journey.
- Proactively develop new partnership opportunities with platform and media partners.
E-Commerce
As direct e-commerce owner, you are accountable for our 360 e-commerce strategy. You are responsible for designing and implementing seamless & personalized shopper experiences on iqos.com by achieving sales target for the year.
- Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, daily sales analysis, conversion rate, stock availability and consumer returns.
- Responsible for yearly sales forecasts, monthly reporting of revised forecasts and stock management with the dedicated stakeholders in finance and supply planning. On a monthly basis, you will present the results of iqos.com sales and reforecasting in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings, defending your plan in front of the Management Team.
- Manage the yearly budget of e-commerce and vendors related to operations (i.e. payments & LSP) in collaboration with finance and IT stakeholders.
- Working with UX Design, and other stakeholders including Marketing teams, you will strive to bring more excitement and distinctive user experience. You are designing seamless digital journeys to route consumers to the best shopper moment and maximize their conversion to buy on iqos.com.
- Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to monitor website performance, customer behavior, customer feedbacks, NPS and sales metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Conversion rate to checkout is your main KPI in shopper experience which you are growing year by year. Therefore, you are constantly looking for ways to drive seamless ad-to-cart & checkout processes.
- Innovator with a commercial appetite to increase our capabilities in e-shopping. You generate business growth through new ideas to promote iqos.com unique selling propositions (USPs) such as digital native offers, surprise and delights, and limited editions. You will propose and maintain a yearly calendar of unique .com offers & surprises to create excitement, anticipation & sense of urgency which are driving-up traffic to iqos.com and ultimately sales.
- As a business builder, you are seeking various growth partnerships, with payment providers & 3P loyalty points systems, and others.
- Constantly analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure that interdependences with systems, projects and teams are not a blocker to deliver your roadmap, therefore you are creating a collaborative and engaging relationship with IT colleagues.
Team Management
Manage and mentor your direct reports employees to ensure they deliver their objectives while growing their autonomy & maturity, in accordance with PMI DNA. You will also indirectly manage 10+ agency consultants in paid & social agencies.
You are a visionary leader, you embrace challenges and drive your team to become game changers.
You will ensure that the team is in the best possible conditions to thrive in their jobs, leveraging their skills and motivation to achieve highest business impact. Their engagement recorded in the employee engagement index is your priority, and you achieve great scores in line with market averages.
You will establish seamless ways of working inside your team and with stakeholders in Marketing, Consumer Experience, IT, and third-party agencies to foster collaboration and high mutual trust.
As a senior manager in SFP department, you will demonstrate role modeling in all three PMI DNA dimensions: We Care, We Collaborate & We are Game Changers.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media and e-commerce
- Strong track record in developing integrated digital strategies (brand/product marketing & communications), including action plans and roadmap
- Expertise in digital media strategy, planning, and execution
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses
- Proficient in managing digital commerce and overall web operation, experiences on owned & third-party e-commerce platforms
- Expertise in developing unique selling propositions for e-commerce
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity effectively
- Positive, proactive mind-set with ‘Can do’ sprit with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high pressure
- Collaborative and able to communicate comfortably with local/global stakeholders
- Proficient in Korean & English (verbal and written) a must
