Purpose

Reporting to the Manager Digital Performance Analytics, you are ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into commercial initiatives across the digital consumer journeys.

You will turn business & consumer data into strategic insights to drive PMK Smoke Free Category’s commercial strategy. To deliver on this, you will align analytics with business objectives & priorities, leverage advanced tools, technologies and platforms that support scalable insight generation and improve data literacy across the organization. You will understand & anticipate the needs of your internal stakeholders and find future opportunities to constantly improve your data to insights’ generation.

You will work closely with omnichannel strategy teams to build dashboards, formalization of reports and presentations to higher Management to facilitate decision making, leading to fast growth of consumer engagement and sales year-on-year.

Finally, you will work with regional and global digital performance analytics teams on various projects involving future technologies such as machine learning and AI.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze CRM data to derive actionable insights on customer behavior and marketing performance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead data-driven marketing initiatives
  • Design and develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentation materials to communicate insights
  • Engage with business leaders to understand to identify opportunities and challenges to be supported by deep analytics
  • Design experiments to test various hypotheses and perform significance testing and statistical modeling
  • Implementing advanced analytics/modelling projects, including data ingestion, data management (scripts, modelling), data extraction, and execution of predictive models
  • Support the analytics strategy to transition the lab from a reactive model to a predictive and prescriptive model
  • Support lead developers & data engineers on Big Data projects in cloud storage management activities, data ingestion, data management (scripts, modelling), data extraction and visualization and support for execution of predictive modelling activities

Qualifications (Technical Skills)

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience with Python and data analysis / machine learning libraries
    (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools
    (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of data cloud infrastructure and environments
    (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Experience working with large-scale data platforms
    (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics (e.g., GA, App analytics, MMP)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
    (e.g., Salesforce, Braze)
  • Experience in A/B testing design and performance analysis

 

Other Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance analytics, or data-driven roles within complex digital or omnichannel environments.
  • A proven experience in digital performance analytics gained within an agency &/or client side.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of advanced analytics, integrated digital consumer journey design, web and mobile site strategy, CRM and eCommerce Performance.
  • Demonstrable experience leading analytics projects such as MTA, End-to-end Tracking, Performance insights generation.
  • Understanding of the importance of Digital Project Management, Digital Account Management, Digital Strategy, Digital Media Planning & Buying, Technology, Digital Insight, Business Analysis and User Experience Architecture.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to balance commercial agility and control discipline in a fast‑paced digital environment.
  • Proficient in Korean & English (verbal and written) a must.
  • Positive mindset with ‘Can do’ spirit.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and able to communicate comfortably with local/global stakeholders.
