YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- Execute Deployment Activities Across Channels
- Deliver deployment initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution across all Direct Retail (DR) formats.
- Plan, Execute, and Evaluate Boutique Events
- Lead end-to-end execution of Boutique events as a key driver of upper-funnel engagement, including planning, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluation
- Ensure seamless execution by managing timelines, operational details, and cross-functional alignment, while capturing key learnings for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Field Communication and Issue Resolution
- Act as a critical liaison between HQ functions and field operations, ensuring clear communication of plans and initiatives.
- Proactively gather field feedback and resolve on-site operational challenges to enhance execution quality.
- Support Budget Management and Financial Processes
- Assist in managing deployment-related budgets by tracking expenditures, supporting financial reconciliation, and ensuring transparency and cost efficiency.
- Support Performance Data Collection and Insight Sharing
- Collect and analyze channel/store-level performance data, contributing to KPI tracking and performance reviews.
- Identify trends, consumer behavior insights, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Monitor Deployment Progress and Compliance
- Track deployment execution using structured tools (e.g., checklists, reports, audits) to ensure compliance with standards
- Identify potential gaps or risks and escalate issues in a timely manner to drive corrective actions
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Major from University or above
- Majoring in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail Deployment, Operation, or Commercial planning within premium consumer brands
- A highly organized and execution-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and consistently delivers operational excellence.
- Proven experience in store operations, field execution, or deployment/project management, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders and organizational levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and support informed business decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and field execution.
- Fluent in Korean and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both local and international business environments.
