YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

We are looking for a CRM Performance & Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing consumer data, optimizing strategies and providing data-driven insights to enhance consumer acquisition, retention.

  1. CRM Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Transform raw consumer data into structured information to derive tracking reports, analyze performances and translate into actionable business insights and recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Define and monitor key CRM metrics (e.g., conversion rate, churn rate, acquisition KPI retention KPI).
  • Lead and develop/maintain dashboard projects/reports to visualize performance and business impact.
  • Create clear and structured deliverables to clearly communicate meaningful insights to non-technical audience.

 

  1. Consumer Segmentation & Predictive Analytics
  • Use advanced data analysis techniques to segment consumers and tailor marketing efforts.
  • Implement AI & machine learning models for predictive analytics (e.g., churn prediction, personalized recommendations).
  • Collaborate cross functionally especially with consumer experience teams, other digital teams to optimize lead nurturing, tailored strategies based on data insights.

 

  1. Database management
  • Closely working with IT team to ensure IT team to develop and implement data managing rules in the system
  • Monitor consumer data to make sure its quality and up-to-date status, reflecting on-going updates from changes in business 
  • Find current missing area & paint points in consumer DB management and provide improvement directions, collaborating with IT, M&D & consumer experience teams.

 

  1.  AI-Driven Analytics & Automation (Future Integration)
  • Support the adoption of AI and automation in CRM processes or analytics (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines).
  • Explore and implement AI-based analytics tools to improve customer insights and decision-making.

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or related fields or a comparable discipline is required with prior experience in data analysis
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and AI machine learning related field
  • Business level English is mandatory both verbal & written communication
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning (optional but a plus)
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Highly proactive with a passion for leveraging data to solve business problems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
