Position Title:  Supervisor Territory Indirect Retail

Impact You'll Own

• Deliver territory sales volume, market share, and budget targets
• Improve retail execution and consumer experience across indirect retail channels
• Increase the effectiveness of field support and third-party teams
• Strengthen retail partner relationships and business performance
• Use market insights and data to drive commercial decisions

What You'll Do

• Execute territory action plans aligned with business objectives
• Identify growth opportunities and implement trade programs and business-building activities
• Build and manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and service providers
• Lead and monitor third-party field teams to ensure strong execution standards
• Track retail performance, compliance, and audits, and implement corrective actions when needed
• Manage territory budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Gather market intelligence, maintain accurate territory data, and monitor competitor activity

What We're Looking For

• University degree
• At least 1 year of experience in FMCG, sales, retail, or commercial operations
• Strong territory management and business planning skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Budget management and prioritization capability
• Strong customer and consumer focus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of English
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
