Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Execute regional B2C acquisition and engagement strategies across retail and HoReCa channels through third-party teams.
• Lead, coach and monitor B2C Activators and HoReCa sales teams, ensuring high performance and excellent consumer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, shop assistants and B2B representatives to support business growth.
• Translate strategic priorities into effective field activities, adapting plans to local market needs and driving operational excellence.
• Track territory performance against KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure teams have the tools, training and resources required for successful execution.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, development and coaching initiatives for field teams.
• Ensure compliance with PMI policies, legal requirements and safety standards while promoting responsible consumer engagement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, banking, telecommunications or a similar industry
• Experience in B2C sales and working across multiple sales channels is an advantage
• FMCG background preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Valid driving licence and active driving experience
