Your ‘day to day’  

As a Territory Indirect Retail Executive, you will be responsible for achieving defined targets related to volume, market share, smoker share, and budget within retail outlets on your assigned territory. You will drive business growth by identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements, while closely collaborating with distributors and managing third-party field teams.  

Your main responsibilities will include:  

• Territory Management & KPI Delivery: Prioritize retail outlets, implement high-quality action plans, analyze data, and ensure achievement of territory targets.  

• Business Development & Ecosystem Building: Strengthen relationships with retail partners and ensure optimal product presence and visibility.  

• Execution of Commercial Programs: Ensure proper implementation of sales initiatives and promotional mechanics.  

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track execution, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions.  

• Third-Party Management: Manage and develop field staff to ensure high-quality execution.  

• Budget Management: Monitor and manage territory budget efficiently.  

• Compliance & Corporate Standards: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.  

Who we’re looking for  

• Bachelor’s degree preferred  

• Experience in commercial, sales, or field roles is preferred 

• Experience in managing third parties is an advantage  

• Strong analytical and organizational skills  

• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships  

• Fluency in English and local language  

• Valid driving license
