Your ‘day to day’
As a Portfolio, Communications and Content Specialist, you will drive portfolio, communication and content initiatives across channels, supporting successful product launches, impactful consumer activation, and high-quality content delivery, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Portfolio Activation and Content Deployment: Develop and implement portfolio marketing strategies and plans by delivering tailored communication and content materials across channels, ensuring strong activation in our partners and direct zones that will support Smoke Free Products (SFP) objectives.
- Product Launch Coordination: Collaborate with Portfolio Development, Sales, Legal and Corporate Affairs teams in order to ensure successful launch of the product (both HeatSticks and IQOS portfolio) in distribution channels, marketing activities and product specifications.
- Agency Management: Coordinate external agencies to deliver creative and cost-effective solutions, ensuring high-quality execution through clear briefs, project follow-up and quality control of final artwork and materials.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Monitoring: Monitor competitive activities relevant to the SFP, evaluate market research reports, and conduct field visits to support the development of relevant activities and campaigns. Contribute to the effective tracking and monitoring of the SFP budget.
- Trade Marketing: Lead the implementation of in-store visibility, merchandising, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and retail activation initiatives. Manage the planning, production, and deployment of trade marketing assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations. Track and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness and return on investment.
- Compliance Management: Work closely with Legal and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure all portfolio, communication, and activation initiatives comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal requirements.
- Commercial Operations Collaboration: Maintain collaboration with Commercial Operations teams to ensure alignment on deployment activities and field insights.
- Portfolio Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations highlighting the performance of new product launches across the portfolio.
- Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all activities align with internal and legal procedures. Promote a strong culture of integrity, safety, and compliance across all activities. Ensure all solutions and activities are aligned with legal and corporate requirements.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Marketing or other trade marketing-related roles, with a good understanding of market trends and commercial objectives.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving licence.
