Your ‘day to day’

As a Manager Key Accounts & Distribution Deployment, you will play a critical role in shaping and deploying PMI’s Key Accounts and Distribution strategy. You will lead a top-performing group, drive omnichannel commercial execution, and build strategic partnerships that accelerate business growth and develop a seamless consumer journey.

• Define and lead the execution of national Strategic Client and Distribution approaches aligned with volume, market share, profitability and strategic objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with national and regional Key Accounts, lead joint business planning, negotiate annual agreements, and drive mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
• Manage distributor performance, optimize trade terms, ensure operational excellence, and drive achievement of sales, coverage, availability and distribution objectives.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of commercial initiatives, product launches, portfolio programs, price changes, consumer engagement activities and trade activation plans.
• Ensure consistent execution across Key Accounts, distributors and indirect retail channels while delivering a seamless consumer experience.
• Drive adoption and effective utilization of digital trade engagement platforms and frontlines tools
• Monitor business performance, analyze market and customer data, evaluate ROI of commercial investments, and implement corrective actions to improve business results.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Digital, Consumer Experience, Corporate Affairs, Legal and other functions to ensure successful strategy execution.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, agility and a strong performance culture.
• Ensure all commercial activities are driven in line with PMI policies, local legislation, Code of Conduct and compliance standards

Who we’re looking for

• University degree in Economics, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English
• Valid driving license
