Your ‘day to day’  

As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will lead the local digital strategy in partnership with market teams, the EE Digital Hub, and the SEE Digital team. You will ensure a smooth consumer journey across all digital touchpoints.  

 

Actively manage websites, customer interaction development and the e-commerce ecosystem, including content strategy, conversion optimization, performance analytics, catalog and store management, and coordination of logistics and payment service providers.  

Lead further development, testing and optimization of digital platforms, ensuring strong conversion of traffic into qualified leads and continuous improvement of SEO performance through on-site and off-site initiatives.  

Plan, execute and optimize paid media and media partnership (Brand PR) activities, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, messaging and experience design, in cooperation with external agencies and internal stakeholders.  

Complete and manage social media activities by supporting account setup and coordinating third-party agencies. Lead all aspects of social media listening. Define content strategies and track performance through analytics.  

Manage CRM activities end-to-end, including audience segmentation, journey design, campaign execution and performance tracking to support effective consumer engagement and retention.  

Support the development and maintenance of B2C digital solutions such as websites, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, databases, microsites, chatbots and reporting tools, while coordinating third-party vendors.  

Contribute to revenue growth by delivering effective digital lead generation, conversion optimization and brand engagement initiatives.  

Ensure full compliance with PMI principles, practices and all applicable regulations, while upholding the highest standards of integrity in all digital activities.  

 

Who we’re looking for  

 

University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, ideally complemented by relevant industry certifications (e.g. Google, Facebook, HubSpot, PMP).  

At least 3 years of total work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in digital marketing and hands-on experience in digital project management.  

Proven experience in third-party and agency management.  

Strong knowledge of website management, user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization.  

Solid experience with paid media and digital performance campaigns.  

Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, social media management, CRM and SEO is considered a strong advantage.  

Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language.  

Advanced MS Office skills  

Strong analytical skills, structured approach to work and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
