Your ‘day to day’

 

  • Drive Awareness & Acquisition initiatives: Support the execution of strategies aimed at raising category awareness and attracting new consumers. Implement effective action plans and monitor key targets to ensure strong performance and identify improvement opportunities. 

  • Plan and coordinate activities: Take part in planning the full range of awareness, acquisition, and retention activities. Make sure all initiatives roll out on schedule and within the approved budget. 

  • Partner with Commercial Ops: Work handinhand with the Commercial Operations team to secure seamless execution. Develop and deliver training materials for field teams, provide ongoing support, and refine mechanics based on real-time field insights. 

  • Monitor results and prepare reports: Collect performance data from multiple sources, generate KPI reports, and closely track how each activity performs to ensure alignment with business targets. 

  • Lead program deployment: Coordinate the implementation of key user programs (such as IQOS CLUB, Tradein, SwapOut, Dormant, and Churn Management) and lead execution across channels including social media, Viber, email, chat, calls, and SMS. 

  • Generate insights and share takeaways: Capture consumer insights, document best practices, and provide actionable recommendations to support continuous improvement across teams. 

  • Strengthen team capabilities: Conduct training sessions and coaching activities to build a motivated and high-performing team culture. Regularly assess skill levels and identify areas for enhancement. 

  • Ensure compliance and operational standards: Safeguard adherence to legal requirements, PMI policies, marketing codes, and EHS guidelines. Promote a strong culture of safety, responsibility, and integrity in all activities. 

 

Who we’re looking for

 

  • Minimum 1 year of FMCG experience in Marketing or Sales; RRP experience is an advantage 

  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) 

  • Strong English communication skills 

  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and work efficiently within deadlines. 

  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
