YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Use ITIL framework to streamline processes
- Act as the escalation point, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents promptly and to conduct root cause analysis for problem management
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Renew and manage budget for services to ensure cost-efficient service delivery
- Monitor and maintain service levels to meet customer expectations, tracking and analyzing SLAs and KPIs to ensure alignment with ITPF standards
- Read Gartner report on GenAI and emerging technologies in service management
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A customer-centric IT professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end service delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in Service Management primarily handling operational services.
- English is mandatory and Spanish is a plus as you will work with multicultural teams, stakeholders and vendors.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile and IT Risk & Controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Experience with service performance monitoring, budgeting, and financial control.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, complex, and cross-functional environments.
