Purpose:As Manager CC Brand and Portfolio, you develop the local CC portfolio brand plans in line with the local CC LRP strategies aiming to develop brand power, awareness (including price awareness), consideration and LAS intent to buy.
• Drive the analysis of the market to identify insights and opportunities, including all critical aspects in terms business environment and regulation, competition, innovations, pricing, and LAS trends
• Manage the local CC Portfolio ensuring alignment with global CC brands architecture, identity and positioning
• You define and manage the marketing planning and calendar and define, follow up and act upon relevant KPIs.
Your ‘day to day’:
Experience in marketing we will consider as a difference for internal candidate but for external candidate is mandatory, with proved performance:
Define and articulate brand BPWATTs by conducting a 360 evaluation of challenges & opportunities.Preparing long-term portfolio plan with clear pricing strategies.Working with Insights team, be familiar with a variety of research techniques and FFWD skills is a natural reflex.
Define marketing research needs to identify key consumer insights in collaboration with Market Research and translate the insights into input for key business strategy and action plan
Creating a Portfolio & Brand Plan with single-minded focus on key LAS and Trade communication messages. Collaborating with commercial operations team and activate multi-channels to bring a brand story to life
Recommending and developing plans to optimize portfolio.Works seamlessly with other functions, region and Global counterpart.Experience in Indirect Retail (e.g. Planning Analyst, Field Force) is an advantage
Who we’re looking for
University Degree in Marketing or other corelated areas
Experience in working with multinational companies with experience relevant for the role
Advanced English
