At Philip Morris International (PMI), we’ve chosen to do something big. We are transforming our business and building our future around one clear purpose: to deliver a smoke‑free future.

With huge change comes huge opportunity. Join us, and you’ll have the chance to innovate, influence, and shape your career across multiple directions. The scale and pace of our transformation mean we’re evolving fast — and we want you to be part of it.

You will lead the C‑Stores and Supermarkets channel, managing some of PMB’s most strategic customers, including Carrefour, Oxxo, Atacadão, Grupo Nós, AMPM, BR Mania, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, and others.

This portfolio represents 1.7 billion cigarettes annually, making it one of the most critical channels for PMB.

Your ‘Day to Day’:

Responsibilities

  • Manage top-tier customers representing 50% of KA volume, such as Grupo Nós, AMPM, BR Mania, GPA, and Carrefour.
  • Drive strategy in a highly relevant channel: tobacco accounts for over 50% of store revenue in C‑Stores, where consumers purchase tobacco 3–4 times a week or daily.
  • Manage BRL 21.1 million in annual allowances, representing 58% of the total KA allowance budget.
  • Lead contract renewals (occurring every 3 years; at least one major renewal annually), requiring strong negotiation skills due to their significant impact on performance.
  • Oversee monthly C‑Stores negotiations executed by regional sales teams, providing strategic—but not operational—guidance.
  • Conduct monthly negotiations with Supermarkets based on sales parameters and demand planning, requiring analytical rigor and discipline.
  • Ensure strong commercial execution while navigating a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
