Your ‘day to day’
- Colabora com líderes de negócio para adaptar a estratégia global de P&C às necessidades específicas da categoria/função.
- Define planos estratégicos de curto e longo prazo, antecipando demandas futuras e conectando desafios de pessoas aos objetivos de negócio.
- Implementa o modelo operacional da categoria/função para garantir eficiência.
- Lidera iniciativas de mudança junto à liderança e orienta gestores sobre ferramentas e abordagens de gestão de mudança.
- Atua como conselheiro estratégico em temas de pessoas, oferecendo expertise e liderança de pensamento.
- Executa a estratégia de talentos da area, garantindo pipeline diverso e sucessão para posições críticas.
- Apoia gestores na identificação, desenvolvimento e retenção de talentos, além de fomentar capacidades de liderança.
- Constrói uma cultura de performance com empatia pelo consumidor, valorizando conquistas e aprendizados.
- Garante conformidade com legislações locais e políticas internas, atuando como modelo de excelência em P&C (monitoramento de custos, orçamento, políticas).
Who we’re looking for
- Completed university degree and a master’s degree
- Professional experience in Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and generalist HR roles
- Proven expertise in managing global HR projects
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Labor Relations (considered a strong asset)
- Solid understanding of core People & Culture areas, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Experience
