Your day to day:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their problems and goals, propose data models and algorithms that provide practical solutions.

- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.

- Implement machine learning models and monitor their performance, fine-tuning as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.

- Write complex queries and perform data analysis to extract valuable insights from our datasets.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

Who we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years of experience collaborating with commercial teams to understand business problems and model solutions for the implementation of machine learning (ML) models.

- Strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- English proficiency level B2 to C2.

- Professional background in engineering, applied statistics, mathematics, or related fields.

- Proficient in Python and familiar with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

- Experience with at least one data integration (ETL) technology, such as Amazon Glue, Matillion, or Azure Data Factory.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience with Spark/PySpark and distributed computing. 

Familiarity with AWS technologies such as S3 and SageMaker is highly valued.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively.
