We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst - Operations to act as a strategic partner to the Operations and Manufacturing teams, ensuring the delivery, support, and continuous evolution of technology solutions that drive business efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Operations and Manufacturing areas.
- Understand business needs and lead the implementation of IT solutions aligned with operational priorities.
- Participate in the design, development, deployment, and support of local and global systems.
- Ensure systems integration and data alignment to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical and business consulting to different areas of the organization.
- Lead medium to high-complexity projects at local, regional, and global levels.
- Manage internal and external vendors, ensuring agreed service levels are met.
- Plan and control project resources, budgets, and costs (OPEX and CAPEX).
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security and quality standards.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative technology solutions to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in supporting, implementing, or managing IT solutions.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Quality Assurance environments will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in project, stakeholder, and IT service management.
- Knowledge of MS SQL and/or MS SSRS.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client environments.
- Knowledge of application development (C#, .NET, or similar technologies will be considered an advantage).
- Knowledge of MES, LES, SCADA, Industry 4.0, IoT, and AWS Cloud will be considered an advantage.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts.
- ITIL Foundation certification will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in international corporate environments will be considered an advantage.
