Position Title:  OPS Trainee

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead and develop a high-performing production team.
• Coordinate shift operations, staffing, daily direction setting, and shift handovers.
• Monitor production performance, identify losses, and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure reliable equipment operation through effective maintenance coordination.
• Drive compliance with quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Ensure accurate production data recording and reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Coach team members and support capability development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and legal requirements.
• Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in equipment operation or maintenance.
• Knowledge of MES, SAP, MINT, MPA, SPA, or similar production systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Good English communication skills.
