We are now recruiting for our Global Leaf & Product Development Trainee Program 2026!

 

About the Program -

 

Are you ready to kickstart a truly global career at the intersection of science, agriculture, innovation, and product development?

 

Our Leaf & Product Development Traineeship Program is designed for ambitious, curious early-career professionals. Over the course of this international traineeship, you will rotate across FIVE global locations, gain hands-on experience in key technical and operational areas, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career within our organization. Starting in Brazil, September 2026 and taking in 4 more international rotations through to November 2027 in Switzerland, Poland, Indonesia and Turkey.

 

This program is your opportunity to learn fast, grow globally, and make a real impact from day one!

 

🚀 What You’ll Experience -

 

  • 🌍 Rotate across 5 international locations, gaining exposure to different cultures, markets, and ways of working
  • 🌱 Work across Leaf, Agronomy, Sustainability, and Product Development topics
  • 📋 Participate in structured rotations with real responsibilities, not just observation
  • 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • 🧠 Build technical, analytical, and business capabilities through on-the-job learning and formal training
  • 🎯 Work on real business challenges, preparing cases and solutions that matter

 

Throughout the program, you will receive coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback, helping you grow both professionally and personally.

 

🧭 Your Career Path After the Traineeship -

 

This is not a short-term experience.

 

Successful trainees will have the opportunity to transition into permanent roles within Leaf or Product Development functions, based on business needs, performance, and individual aspirations.

 

The program is built to:

👤 Who We’re Looking For –

 

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who bring leadership and a growth mindset. We are looking for people who are:

  • 🎓 Recently graduated or with up to 2–3 years of experience
  • ✈️ Globally mobile and excited by international assignments
  • 🔍 Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
  • 🔄 Adaptable and comfortable in fast-changing environments
  • 🤝 Strong communicators who enjoy teamwork across cultures
  • 🚀 Motivated to build a long-term career, not just complete a program
  • 🗣️ A strong level of English (international working environment).

 

A background in engineering, agriculture, science, technology, or related fields is a plus, but mindset and learning agility matter most.

 

Expected Process Stages and Timings –

 

  • Applications – 13th April-26th April
  • Virtual Interview (in English) + Online Cognitive & Personality Assessment – 20th April-10th May
  • Virtual interview with the Recruiter – 27th April-17th May
  • In-person business case Interview – Week beginning 18th May
  • Offer & Admissions process – Starting end of May
  • Program starts in September 2026.
