We are currently looking for a Supervisor Communications to join our Communications team based in Rome.

 

Your Purpose

As Supervisor Communications you’ll contribute to strengthening and enhancing the affiliate’s reputation by helping shape external communication priorities, stakeholder engagement and reputational positioning across key topics. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the Communications team, contributing to the development of narratives, advising on communication approaches across external channels and supporting media relations activities as part of broader corporate reputation efforts. You will also help coordinate agencies and key stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality and effective delivery across communication workstreams.

 

Your ‘Day To Day’

  • Strategic Communication Planning

Contributes to the definition of external communication priorities and approaches across key business and reputational topics, helping ensure coherence between affiliate objectives, stakeholder expectations and communication activities.

  • External Positioning & Relationship Support

Supports the Communications team in strengthening the affiliate’s external positioning by contributing to stakeholder engagement activities, helping manage key interactions and enabling consistent communication across relevant external audiences.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Development

Supports the maintenance and further development of relationships with key external stakeholders across media and other relevant environments, helping nurture existing connections while also identifying opportunities to establish new relationships that can strengthen the affiliate’s external positioning and broader reputation objectives.

  • Narrative Development & Communication Advisory

Contributes to the development of communication narratives, key messages and positioning approaches across relevant topics, providing sound judgment and communication support to help ensure clarity, consistency and strategic alignment.

  • Stakeholder & Leadership Support

Partners with internal stakeholders and leadership by helping shape communication approaches, supporting preparation for key engagements and contributing to the consistency and effectiveness of external interactions when needed.

  • Media Monitoring & Insight Gathering

Monitors media and external developments, identifies relevant trends, issues and opportunities, and translates insights into recommendations that can support reputational strategy, stakeholder engagement and communication planning.

  • Stakeholder Coordination & Agency Management

Works closely with internal stakeholders, global teams and external partners to help align priorities, ensure consistency in external communication and enable effective collaboration across key communication initiatives.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Public Relations or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience gained in corporate communications, communication agencies, institutional press offices or through work as a journalist.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop effective press materials, key messages and briefing content.
  • Solid understanding of media dynamics and press office activities, with the ability to support proactive and reactive media engagement.
  • Experience in supporting spokesperson positioning, managing media requests and contributing to the execution of external communication initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, global teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Business-oriented mindset, with an understanding of corporate reputation and strategic communication.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.

 

What We Offer

In this position you will earn no less than 64.540,00 euros annually.

Grade 10.
