We are currently looking for a Supervisor Communications to join our Communications team based in Rome.
Your Purpose
As Supervisor Communications you’ll support the Communications team in strengthening and enhancing the affiliate’s reputation through integrated communication strategies across digital channels, media relations, external campaigns and key stakeholders. You will oversee the affiliate’s social media strategy, corporate digital platforms, spokesperson visibility and the implementation of external communication initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate agencies and manage budgets to ensure consistent, high‑quality and impactful communication across all external touchpoints.
Your ‘Day To Day’
- Digital Communications Strategy & Planning
Supports the development of annual and quarterly digital communication plans, maintaining integrated editorial calendars across owned, paid and earned channels, defining channel roles and content mix and monitoring objectives, audiences and KPIs.
- External Corporate Campaigns
Contributes to the design and execution of integrated corporate campaigns by coordinating cross‑functional inputs and ensuring smooth planning and timely delivery of high‑quality materials.
- Corporate Social Media Strategy & Governance
Manages daily operations of corporate social media channels, maintains the always‑on calendar, publishes on‑brand and compliant content, oversees community management and safeguards reputation through effective moderation and issue escalation.
- Media Relations & Spokesperson Support
Supports media engagement by preparing materials, stories and talking points and enhances spokesperson visibility and thought leadership across traditional media and digital platforms.
- Owned Digital Properties Management
Oversees updates and governance of corporate webpages and microsites, ensuring accuracy, SEO hygiene, analytics monitoring and coordination with global teams and technical partners while managing the full content lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Acts as a digital communications expert for internal stakeholders, adapts global best practices to local needs, provides coaching on digital storytelling and promotes a measurement‑driven culture by sharing insights and learnings.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience gained in corporate communications, communication agencies, institutional press offices or through work as a journalist.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills for corporate, digital and media content.
- Solid understanding of integrated communication strategies across media, digital channels and corporate platforms.
- Strong command of media dynamics and ability to develop high‑quality press materials and support spokesperson visibility.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, global teams and external agencies.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Business-oriented mindset, with an understanding of corporate reputation and strategic communication.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
