We are now recruiting a Service&Program Delivery B2B Executive to join our Operations Customer Service Department.

Your purpose:

Coordinate and monitor on daily basis the shipments from Factories & Hubs to the Market (Italy/San Marino), focusing on agreed KPIs and service levels with EU Region and Distributor in order to guarantee adequate product availability in the market, product quality as per Company standards and reliable reporting to all internal stakeholders.

Support the Program Delivery Manager in coordinating and orchestrating the deployment of global and local projects in PM Italia Supply Chain, tracking a set project KPIs and collaborating with other team members to the execution of some key initiatives. Support the preparation of monthly and weekly performance reviews, from prework through root cause analysis and act/react review, in line with OPEN+ / Lean principles and methodology.

Your ‘day to day’:

• ORDERS MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION: Ensure orders management and execution for Italy and San Marino Markets by matching production and stock availability at factories level with market trends in order to meet market demand as per Sales and Shipments forecasting set in line with targets, agreed time frame and in respect of Company policies and procedures.

• SHIPMENTS PLANS MONITORING COORDINATION: Ensure the weekly shipment plan issued by Distributor is in line with the Volume reported in the approved Global Order and solve on daily basis transportation/logistics issues coordinating information between Order Management Team/Factories and Distributor in order to ensure a constant flow for the needed products and quantities.

• DISTRIBUTION KPI MONITORING: Timely report logistic KPIs of Distributors' activities on agreed shipments plan.

• PROGRAM DELIVERY: Support the Program Delivery Manager in the governance related to the department's projects and digitalization. Maintain projects dashboard and provide periodic status update reports to line management about projects. Ensure data consistency and accurate reporting in digital dashboards Participate in monthly demand reviews and logistic&distribution periodical meetings to gain an end-to-end picture on how key business challenges are managed within Operations.

Who we’re looking for:

• University Degree in Economics or Engineering
• Preferred at least 1 Year of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus (preferably Power BI)
• Fast learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
• Fluent in English
