Roles & Objectives

As People Engagement & Internal Comms Intern you will support the People & Culture team in the planning, organization and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and strengthening internal communication across the organization. You will contribute to the development of communication materials, the coordination of internal events and the promotion of a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience. Your work will help reinforce the company culture and ensure consistent, clear and effective communication for all employees.

Specific responsibilities

• Support the creation, editing and distribution of internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet content).
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, engagement activities and internal campaigns.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on employee experience and company culture.
• Gather feedback and insights from employees to support the improvement of engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain internal communication channels and ensure alignment with the company’s tone of voice.
• Provide operational support to the People & Culture team on ad‑hoc projects related to communication and engagement.

• Who we’re looking for:
• Degree in Communication, HR, Marketing, Psychology or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to propose ideas for engagement and communication initiatives.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Proactive mindset, curiosity and a strong interest in People & Culture topics.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
