Roles and Objectives
As Leaf Strategy&Program Delivery Executive (S&PD), you will Support Leaf Management on internal & external communication, ensuring complete and solid materials and continuous comms flows. Support the team in the execution of planning activites, including controls and compliance checks execution, ensuring alignment to PMI Policies and Procedures. Works closely with the Leaf and IT team on the development and maintenance of Leaf systems, including support for new developments and related budget. Works with Senior Analysts and Manager team in the construction and monitoring of the budget of the team.
Your Responsibilities:
COMMUNICATION:
1) Coordinate Leaf Communication plan, including internal and external activities.
2) Support the preparation of Communication material, working closely with EA and Legal team when needed, and collects information materials to ensure communications activities are performed on time.
3) Prepare materials to present department activities and special projects.
4) Coordination of internal visits and external Leaf events
CONTROLS & COMPLIANCE:
1) Ensure a controlled and compliant environment, updated / reviewed periodically or in anticipation of changes in business processes and strategies.
2) Ensure proper and timely execution of Financial and Legal review of contracts (CRF cycle).
3) Support and assist on corporate and internal audits
4) COI Conflict of Interest: collect & analize annual COI disclosures, working closely with Management and IC team on developing & monitoring adequate mitigation plan, perform dedicated trainings when needed.
5) Privacy Lead / DPIA / Docs: Execute all controls and due diligence required for contracts as per current PMI procedures
IT Area:
1) Support Leaf Planning Manager in the preparation and check of IT budget
2) Perform access controls on a QTR basis
3) Support the department on system implementation
4) Works closely with Leaf and IT team on new development and technical issues related to Leaf systems
DATA Management:
1) Update on a monthly basis crop overview and provide comments where needed
2) Collect relevant informaiton and update on a weekly basis thw WDS report and communicate to Global Leaf
3) Support Leaf Management con deadlines management
4) Support Leaf team in proper collection of data and maintenance of reporting tools.
Key Documentation:
1) Support Leaf Management in providing the documentation to AGEA in due time
2) Coordinate document collection during AGEA annual controls
3) Coordinate the execution of any additional ad hoc request
ANALYSIS: Learn and support to the preparation of the leaf strategy, including basic support for OB/RF cycles to management and support in execution of basic analysis for assessing performances of the crop.

2) Contribute to team spirit & maintain good relations within the Leaf Business Unit, with OC and other departments.

Strong digital mindset with demonstrated ability to leverage new technologies, including AI-based tools, to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Promotes adoption within the team, acting as a role model in the use of digital and AI solutions
Who we’re looking for:
- Degree in Economics, Communication, Management Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years working experience with specific background in business administration preferably in multinational or consultancy company.Strong background in leading complex transformations and driving change in large organizations
- Stakeholder Management, with the confidence to challenge the status quo
- Digital & IT knowledge is a strong plus, particularly in using AI
- Excellent problem‑solving and influencing skills
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English is a must
What we offer:
In this position, you will no earn less than € 39,956 gross annually
Type of contract: 6-month temporary contract with possibility of extension
