YOUR ROLE
As Trade Marketing Intern you will be part of our Trade Marketing  Department in Philip Morris Italia. In your role you will support the Visibility and Trade Engagement team in activities focused on enhancing visibility and communication for trade. You will contribute to the design, production, distribution, communication and monitoring of visibility materials as well as to the maintenance and tracking of key assets. You will also assist in planning communication initiatives and play a key role in collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to implement cross-functional projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Support the coordination of suppliers and agencies for the development and production of trade marketing materials. 
-Assist in planning logistics and execution activities, working closely with GTM and Commercial teams. 
-Contribute to content development and editorial planning, ensuring alignment with CRM initiatives. 
-Help monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and facilitate stakeholder follow-up. 
-Support visibility asset maintenance processes, including photo POP management and quality checks. 
-Provide operational support for ongoing projects and ad hoc business needs

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
-Fluency in Italian and English.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
-Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design tools is a plus.
-Strong interest in Trade Marketing, Consumer Engagement, and Content Management.
-Good analytical skills and willingness to work with data and insights.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities effectively.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
Positive attitude, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

REWARDS & BENEFITS 
We offer an Internship of 6 months length, full time.
For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
