YOUR ROLE
As Seasonal Brand Retail Intern you will be part of our Brand Engagement Department in Philip Morris Italia, reporting to the Seasonal Brand Retail Supervisor, the role will provide support in planning and activating temporary lounges in iconic, high-footfall locations across the country to reach, engage and retain consumers. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and analytical management of lounge activities, contributing to performance monitoring, consumer insights analysis, reporting, and the development of data-driven recommendations. The role will also be involved in designing and implementing communication plans aimed at increasing consumer engagement, optimizing traffic, and maximizing overall lounge effectiveness.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Assist in preparing internal presentations and reports.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (brand & content, social media, loyalty, trade, etc.) to support the execution of activation plans.
-Help with preparatory activities for lounge openings, including utility activation, shipments, visual merchandising and equipment orders.
-Support daily back‑office operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
-Perform data analysis, tracking, and preparation of reports and ensure correct data flow between systems and teams.
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
-University degree in Economics or equivalent.
-Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
-Customer-oriented mindset combined with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
-Strategic and analytical thinking, complemented by creativity, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different stakeholders.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and reporting, as well as solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
-Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI) to support analysis, reporting and process optimization.
-Fluency in English and Italian.
REWARDS & BENEFITS
We offer an Internship of 6 months length, full time.
For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
