About the Team

The Integrated Talent Management (ITM) team partners with business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipelines, employee growth, and performance culture across the organization. 

 

Your Role

As an ITM Intern, you will join the ITM team in Philip Morris Italy and actively contribute to projects that support employee growth, leadership development, learning culture, and organizational effectiveness. This internship provides unique exposure to strategic HR initiatives while allowing you to develop project management, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Performance Management:
    • Support the team in coordinating communications, training sessions, and manager enablement activities.
    • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of performance management KPIs.
  • Leadership, Learning & Development:
    • Support the deployment of learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
    • Monitor participation, completion rates, and feedback from learning interventions.
    • Contribute to the promotion of learning opportunities and employee development resources.
    • Support process improvements and simplification initiatives.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for key stakeholders.

Skills & Capabilities

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, Economics, or related fields.
  • Interest in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Employee Experience.
  • Literacy in Office Suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, AI tools, or data visualization tools is considered a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Strong analytical mindset (ability to work with data, dashboards and reporting), planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and work with different departments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders.

Rewards & Benefits

  • We offer a 6-month full-time internship.
  • For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
The expected start date for this Internship is November 2026.
