YOUR ROLE
As a Combustible Brands Intern you will be part of our Combustibles Category (CC) Department in Philip Morris Italia, and you will be reporting to the Supervisor CC Brands/Manager CC Brands. In your role, you will join the Combustibles Category Brands team supporting in developing and executing insight-driven CC Brands strategies and action plans.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Analyze Adult Smokers’ needs, market trends and CC brands performance to support the identification of business opportunities, key issues and action plans.
-Support the development of creative materials by coordinating agencies and suppliers, ensuring timely execution, budget tracking and alignment with brand and commercial plans.
-Monitor the deployment and performance of activities through regular interaction with Field Forces, collecting market feedback, competitive insights and results to identify improvement opportunities.
-Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of product initiatives, POS visibility and product availability.
-Support the rollout of product and packaging initiatives, including limited editions, pack upgrades and new product launches, ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders and timelines.
-Monitor project budgets and support the preparation of monthly Rolling Forecasts.
-Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, the PMI Marketing Code and Business Conduct Principles & Practices.

 

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
-University degree in Economic or equivalent.
-Preference for experience in marketing positions.
-Literacy in Office Suite.
-Fluency in English and in Italian.
-Strong marketing mix savvy and creative skills.
-Strong analytical, planning and organization skills.
-Ability to manage stakeholders and work with different departments.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders.
