Roles & Objectives

As an Intern, you will be part of the IT Department at Philip Morris Italia. The position will be based in Rome.

Join our Information Technology team and become part of a group where you can bring new ideas and learn about processes and solutions.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Supporting the collection and analysis of requirements for solutions in the Consumer and Commercial areas
• Bringing innovative ideas by proactively searching for new ways to improve current processes, leveraging an agile approach and the digital ecosystem
• Managing projects using Agile methodology

Who we’re looking for:

• University degree in STEM
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving attitude and customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluency in English and Italian

What’s nice to have:

• IT background
• Knowledge of project management
• Communication skills
• Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit, and curiosity
