Roles & Objectives

 

As an Intern you will be part of our SFP Department for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Consumer Experience Supervisor. The position will be based in Roma.

In your role, you will join the Consumer Experience team supporting in managing project management and analytical activities that contribute to enhancing consumer journeys and program effectiveness, in line with PMI’s consumer‑centric transformation.

Reporting directly to the Consumer Experience Supervisor, you will support cross‑functional initiatives, data analysis and process documentation, gaining hands‑on exposure to how insights and collaboration drive business decisions in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

 

 

Specific responsibilities

  • Support analysis and monitoring of Consumer Experience programs, multi-category initiatives and generate useful insights to inform top management decisions
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations and internal documentation
  • Contribute to design and implement program
  • Assist in documenting processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in line with PMI DNA and ways of working

 

 

Who we are looking for

  • A student or recent graduate - preferably in Management, Business Administration or Economics or related fields - with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Interest in consumer experience, marketing or data‑driven decision making
  • Good knowledge of Office package (especially Power Point and Excel)
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Curious about the understanding of consumer behaviors
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
