Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Commercial Controlling Department for Morris Italia and will be reporting to Commercial Growth Manager. The position will be based in Roma.

In your role, you will join the Commercial Growth team, supporting in managing the preparation and presentation of analysis and reports to be shared with internal customers, aiming at:

• Providing reliable and actionable data on the main commercial initiatives to improve budget allocation and maximize value creation;
• Building monitoring tools to evaluate said initiatives and potentially define prioritization;
• Develop geographical analysis and reports to be shared with territory managers;
• Maintain and develop the third-party reward process, including checks, approvals, reporting and payment monitoring.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Support the team in building internal analysis and reports by autonomously refreshing and maintaining specific parts, obtaining the needed information from multiple sources and interacting with several departments to validate the data;
• Support the overall process of third-party reward process, especially in performing part of the required checks;
• Support the team in preparing presentations on several analysis and reports, also potentially refreshing the inputs for published dashboards.

Who we’re looking for :

• Degree in Economics or related fields;
• Literacy in Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint;
• Fluent in English and in Italian

• Being result-driven, curious and accurate.
• Ability to work in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
