Roles & Objectives

As Commercial Capabilities Development Intern you will support the team in designing, implementing and monitoring capability‑building initiatives for the commercial organization. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders contributing to projects that enhance competencies, tools and ways of working within the field force.

 

Specific responsibilities

  • Monitor and leverage department KPI data (levels 1 to 4) through dashboards and structured reports.
  • Support CCD Supervisor in managing and updating global and local training plans, both online and offline.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by researching and proposing innovative solutions for department processes.
  • Analyze data and collect feedback to recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Development Team in creating data‑tracking reports for the internal training platform (We Care) and sharing them regularly with key internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the deployment of mandatory training for employees and third parties, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and legal requirements. Follow up on timelines, participation rates, tracking, and organize repositories in line with compliance standards.
  • Training classroom logistics and coordination support.
  • Support in preparing training and presentation decks.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Economics, Psychology, Communication or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and confidence in working with data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Office; solid knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity and interest in commercial capability‑building topics.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
