Join us in our Commercial Capability Development (CCD) team and you will assist in the governance of the CCD department by supporting the assessment and planning of learning plans and activities across the Commercial Organization. The role involves helping the development and deployment teams identify capability gaps to prioritize training needs through a structured calendar. Additionally, the role supports the effectiveness of trainings through data analysis and collaborates closely with the CCD team members to enhance knowledge and performance across the organization. Furthermore, the role is committed to continuous improvement and actively seeks opportunities to enhance departmental processes, thereby supporting the achievement of annual goals.                                                      

 

 

Specific responsibilities include:

 

  • Proactively monitor and leverage department KPIs data through dashboards and reports. Use KPIs data to help prioritizing and addressing training needs for commercial teams. Support Development and Deployment teams in aligning local training agendas with global SOPs and provide feedback on content gaps, help planning the department activities.                                                                               

  • Assist supervisor in managing and maintaining global and local training resources, both online and offline. Help define local training calendars, schedules, and follow-ups. Ensure the organization database is updated with relevant information and provide reports on the effectiveness of learning programs.                                                                       

  • Help identifying skill gaps with Channels and Departments across the Commercial Organization, working on yearly competencies assessment deployment, output data analysis and feedback sharing.                  

  • Proactively seeks opportunities for improvement within the department by continuously researching and identifying innovative solutions. Analyze data and gather feedback to propose enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. This includes staying updated on industry trends, exploring new technologies, and implementing best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Ensure understanding and effective use of department and knowledge management platforms (MS Lists, Qualtrics, LMS) according to KPI settings and learning plan expectations. Support the Development team in creating data tracking reports for the internal training platform to be regularly sent to key internal stakeholders.

  • Support the deployment of mandatory trainings such as the Marketing Code for internal PMI employees and third parties in alignment with PMI requests and legal requirements. Follow up on timing, participation rates, tracking, and organize repositories as per compliance requirements.

  • Assist Supervisor in managing the Training Budget and vendor relationships, monitoring quality and performance. Help reporting on the commercial capability budget to ensure optimal return on investment, partnering with relevant stakeholders.

  • Be constantly updated with commercia dept streams involved through planned meetings and attend regular field visits to learn and monitor, where possible, frontliners gaps generating value feedback return.

                    

                                                                                                                                                    

Who we’re looking for:

  • Graduation in Economics/Business
  • At least 3 years’ experience in training project management, planning, kpi setting and tracking for international companies or complex environments                                                                                
  • Design Thinking
  • Training skills
  • Advanced excel
  • Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives
  • Fluency in Italian & English
