Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Digital/CRM Department for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to CRM Solutions Supervisor. The position will be based in Roma.

In your role you will support the design and definition of CRM platform solutions to realize best engagement and value for our customers

You will engage stakeholders to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on our business by improving understanding of all Consumer Journey phases.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Owner in planning CRM Platform developments through Sprints managed in collaboration with IT and other departments. Collect detailed requirements and support testing activities.
  • Build documentation and reporting for platform enhancements to set up an agreed flow of tasks and accountabilities for all stakeholders
  • Be part of cross functional projects aimed at increasing integration of CRM with new channels and platforms and provide value to the customer
  • Monitor results of CRM Platform projects, providing insights. Contribute to the presentation of main features, objectives, and goals for every activity.
  • Run ad hoc analysis, report and dashboard to monitor and to track business activities CRM related
  • Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Management engineering, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related fields
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of Office suite
  • Passion for new technologies, UX and communication on online and offline channels
  • Interest in digital marketing automation tools
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
