RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join the team. As a Key Accounts Manager you will be part of the Commercial team, reporting to the National Key Accounts Manager.
Key Accounts Manager role is responsible for developin a strategy of national and local key accounts, developing the commercial strategy, deploying the set strategy in the market. Managing the key accounts accross the country in terms of KPIs, ensuring the execution of commercial plans. Compile reports and gather market intelligence to report back to the line manager. Maintain a solid understanding of the channel dynamics in order to identify opportunities. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with Key accounts accross the Kingdom.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
Build & maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with strategic accounts in order to ensure smooth business operations and maintenance of expected product availability and visibility. Monitor, evaluate business partner’s performance and implement activities to improve their result based on commercial approach
COMMERCIAL ANALYTICS
On a country level - consolidate and analyse all market and PMI business performance (multicategory - CC & SFP) in order to define territory performance gaps and strengths in a timely & effective manner.
DIGITILIZATION
Drive and lead on digital engagement in your assigned territory across all indirect channels in order to promote digitalization and improve business model efficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTS BUDGET
Plan Key Accounts budget to ensure best tactical and strategic activation. Track compliance rates vs. approved buget. Ensure most effective resource allocation in terms of a sustainable ROI.
PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES
Ensure that all conducted business activities correspond to national legislation as well as PMI Principles & Practices.
Train & guide 3rd party customers on relevant policies, procedures and guidelines and report all noticed accidents and incident
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- KSA National
- University degree from a relevant discipline
- 5+ years in FMCG company
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
- Solid commercial acumen and experience in stakeholder management.
- Digitally savvy, with hands-on experience using emerging technologies and digital tools, both internally and in collaboration with business partners.
