What You’ll Do
•    Lead and execute Key Account (KA) strategies ensuring al targets are achieved.
•    Develop and implement account plans for key accounts, wholesalers, and channels, regularly reviewing performance and aligning actions with company strategy.
•    Build strong strategic partnerships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive collaboration, influence decisions and secure long‑term business growth.
•    Drive account development and negotiate trading terms, identifying growth opportunities, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with agreements.
•    Leverage market insights by monitoring competitive activity, customer expansion plans, and industry trends, translating insights into actionable improvements for account and channel performance.
•    Ensure outstanding portfolio execution, including product availability, visibility, merchandising standards, and flawless implementation of commercial plans and new product launches.
•    Manage resources and uphold compliance, optimizing budgets, coaching external partners and ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements and EHS standards.

 

Skills & Capabilities
•    University/college degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar.
•    Proven successful Key Account management experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
•    Ability to build trusted long term partnerships and manage stakeholders.
•    Experience in managing strategic accounts and negotiating trading term agreements as well as experience working with distributors, wholesalers and merchandising agencies.
•    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business actions.
•    Ability to demonstrate a high level of ownership, structure and a proactive “can-do” mindset.
•    Great MS Office skills.
•    Clear and constructive communication skills and fluency in Latvian and English.

Salary range for this role is 3280 EUR gross to 3700 EUR gross The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
