We are looking for a Manager Procurement EMS to lead and manage strategic relationships with our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) partners.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring strong governance, continuous improvement, and value generation across our EMS partnerships.

Your “day to day”:

• Establish and enforce EMS governance and processes through effective leadership, ensuring robust business controls around sourcing, contracts, spending, and reporting.
• Monitor EMS performance using effective KPIs, drive best practices, and lead transformation activities to ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify value-generation drivers and implement cost optimization opportunities; proactively identify risk areas and develop mitigation plans to safeguard supplier and departmental performance.
• Develop, negotiate, and implement contract structures in conjunction with the Law department, with a focus on intellectual property rights.
• Provide thought leadership based on industry dynamics to guide senior management decisions.
• Assess supply base readiness for new product introductions; provide leadership and collaborate actively with category managers and internal stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong procurement experience in the electronics industry and proven project management skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Visionary, customer-centric, and highly adaptable to change.
• Resourceful, and able to anticipate changes and produce solutions.
• Results-oriented, strong relationship builder, and effective communicator.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Tools and Agile methods/processes.
• Fluent English and preferably Chinese.
