We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join Lead Production Unit (Contract-Based) based in Probolinggo. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Support the exploration process for New Product Launch (NPL) in Hand-rolled products. This includes determining the appropriate packaging material sizes, conducting both short and long-term trials to validate new processes or materials, and ensuring that the complete deployment of NPL is thoroughly documented in the NPL standard procedure.
• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance through data analytics, automation, AI, and digital solutions.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures that ensure consistency and enhance overall productivity.
• Leverage digital tools, manufacturing systems, and analytical capabilities to optimize factory performance.
• Explore and evaluate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing solutions that can contribute to higher product quality and operational efficiency.
• Drive production improvement projects by utilizing data-driven insights, performing cost-benefit analyses, and supporting project planning and execution.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in any major. A plus if your degree is in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or another related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship or professional experience in manufacturing, production, factory operations, process improvement, or industrial digitalization will have an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in applying technology, automation, AI, or data-driven solutions in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Agility is essential for adapting to organizational changes, as well as to job rotations across the Java region
