We’re looking for a Traditional Trade Support Specialist to support our Traditional Trade business by combining data analysis, incentive calculation, and business insights—all in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Work On
✅ Supporting evaluation and calculation of incentive and compensation programs in Traditional Trade
✅ Extracting, validating, and checking data from internal systems
✅ Ensuring accuracy, controls, and proper execution of payouts

✅ Collaborating with field teams and coordination of selected initiatives
✅ Supporting KPI tracking and incentive logic for executives and field teams
✅ Collaborating with BI and business teams to structure and explain data
✅ Analyzing regional performance and trends across multiple KPIs
✅ Proactively bringing insights and recommendations based on data
✅ Occasional ad‑hoc administrative support (e.g. coordination of business meetings)
✅ Supporting KPI tracking and incentive logic for executives and field teams
✅ Collaborating with BI and business teams to structure and explain data
✅ Analyzing regional performance and trends across multiple KPIs
✅ Proactively bringing insights and recommendations based on data

Who We’re Looking For

A recent graduate or early‑career professional (0–3 years of experience)
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel and data calculations
- Able to create clear, structured PowerPoint presentations
- Curious, proactive, and eager to develop
- Able to work independently while being a team player
