Impact you'll own

We are looking for un experienced leader who will take responsibility for the IQOS store network in the assigned region and further develop team performance, execution quality and customer experience across our stores. This role covers the Prague region, on of the most important and strategically key regions in the Czech Republic in terms of business results, customer potential and retail network development.

What you'll do

• Lead, develop and support the IQOS store network in the assigned region.
• Take responsibility for achieving business result, KPIs and the overall performance of the region. 
• Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to build high performance and deliver excellent customer experience. 
• Visit stores regularly, provide feedback and support employees' professional growth. 
• Ensure compliance with IQOS retail, operational and visual standards. 
• Analyze store results and identify opportunities for further growth and improvement. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation of new projects, campaigns and business initiatives. 
• Build strong relationship with partners and ensure a high standard of brand execution in the field 

Skills & Capabilities

• Consumer & Market Understanding (strong customer mindset and attention to detail)

• Critical Thinking (understanding retail KPIs and using data to make effective business decisions)
• Communication (effective across different teams and levels of organization)
• At least 3 years of experience in preferably premium retail, ideally in a leadership or regional role (managing multiple stsores or a retail network) 
• Experience with leading, motivating and developing teams through coaching and providing regular feedback
• Independent, proactive and results oriented 
• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic 
• Category B driving license
• Fluent level of Czech, advanced level of English (Min B2)
