We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering data integration projects.

This role is ideal for someone with solid engineering experience who is passionate about building reliable data pipelines and contributing to the foundation of a modern, governed data ecosystem.

You will work on high-impact integration initiatives while also supporting data governance practices to ensure data quality, compliance, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to data integration projects, designing and maintaining scalable pipelines across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver robust, reusable solutions.
• Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes using modern tools and frameworks (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Matilion).
• Support the implementation of data governance practices including metadata management, data classification, data lineage, and quality monitoring.
• Assist in the deployment and adoption of data cataloging and stewardship tools.
• Contribute to data modeling and documentation efforts to support consistency and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a focus on data integration.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Talend).
• Familiarity with data governance concepts such as data quality, lineage, and metadata.
• Exposure to cloud platforms. Ideally Snowflake or AWS.
• Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Exposure to master data management (MDM) concepts is a plus.
