As a Senior Specialist in SFP Acquisition & Lead Generation, you’ll be at the forefront of this change, helping us grow our smoke-free product (SFP) consumer base across Czechia and Slovakia.

What You’ll Do
🎯 Lead the Charge on Acquisition Projects

Design, test, and scale creative acquisition campaigns that resonate with adult smokers and SFP users

Use data and insights to constantly refine and optimize your approach
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

Work together with category, BI, and digital teams to align on goals and unlock growth opportunities

Partner with external organizations to build a strong pipeline of new leads
📈 Build & Nurture the Funnel

Launch targeted lead generation initiatives and segmentation-based nurturing strategies

Craft seamless consumer journeys that turn first impressions into lasting conversions
What You Bring

🎓 Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

💼 Min 2-4 years in sales or marketing (consumer goods experience a plus)

📊 Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills (think Excel, PowerBI)

🗣️ Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak
