Your Role: Brand Experience Specialist – Events & Festivals (Czech Market)

Help us craft extraordinary brand experiences for our smoke-free portfolio. From intimate niche gatherings to the biggest music festivals, you’ll make every interaction unforgettable.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape strategy: Support the development of brand experience and event strategies, bringing fresh ideas and spotting new opportunities.
  • Lead projects: Drive smooth project management within cross-functional teams, from KPI definition to post-event evaluation.
  • Create concepts: Collaborate with agencies and partners to design experiences aligned with brand purpose, marketing codes, and local regulations.
  • Select opportunities: Identify the right events and activations to amplify our brands.
  • Bring ideas to life: Brief and guide creative and production agencies to turn concepts into reality.
  • Analyze & optimize: Monitor efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and manage budgets.
  • Own the process: From briefing to execution and evaluation, you’ll ensure every detail is covered.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in brand marketing and event/Horeca marketing (FMCG preferred). Agency experience is a plus.
  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Event Management is a plus.
  • Language: Czech or Slovak language is a must and advanced English for daily communication with international colleagues
  • Skills: Strong communicator, team player, problem-solver, and multitasker with excellent time management.
  • Mindset: Positive, hands-on, and ready to change the game with us.
