As a Senior Media Specialist, you will be responsible for driving integrated media strategies across the full consumer journey. You will combine strategic media planning, performance marketing expertise, social media management, and data-driven optimization to deliver measurable business results across our portfolio of brands.

Your day-to-day

  • Drive full-funnel media planning across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated media strategies covering awareness, consideration and conversion objectives.
  • Lead planning and optimization across paid search, paid social, programmatic, digital partnerships, OOH and other relevant media channels.
  • Define audience targeting and segmentation strategies using first-party and third-party data.
  • Manage media budgets, forecasts, investment allocation and campaign pacing to maximize business impact and return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations and optimization plans.
  • Establish and track relevant KPIs across the funnel, connecting awareness initiatives with downstream business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, media agencies and global teams to ensure best-in-class media execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with brand teams to align media strategy, messaging and creative development with campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key publishers, media partners and technology providers.
  • Manage paid social media activations and contribute to the development of social media strategy and content planning.
  • Oversee social media channels together with agency partners, including content amplification, community engagement and social listening initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of media, technology and social media trends, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and performance improvements.
  • Prepare regular reporting and performance reviews for local and international stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media, media planning, performance marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in paid search and performance marketing, with demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, programmatic advertising and digital media ecosystems.
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, media planning principles, audience development and customer journeys.
  • Experience working with marketing analytics, attribution models and campaign measurement frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience managing substantial media budgets and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Campaign Manager 360, Adform, Datorama or similar marketing technology platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple brands, projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulated industries or complex marketing environments is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent Czech and English.
